This privacy statement outlines how SEEKO gathers and utilizes the information you provide through your Google Calendar account and Facebook Login via the SEEKO "Sync Calendar" application and "Login with Facebook" process. It also explains your options regarding our use of your information and how you can access and update it.
Collection and Use
From your Google Calendar account, we collect the following personal information:
- Event name
- Event date
- Event time
- Event description
- Event location
From your SEEKO account, we add or import the following personal information to your Google Calendar account:
- Event name
- Event date
- Event time
- Event description
Purpose of Information Use
We utilize this information to:
- Display your Google Calendar events within your SEEKO calendar tool.
- Add your SEEKO event data to your Google Calendar account.
- Synchronize your Google Calendar with your SEEKO calendar and vice versa.
- Send booking confirmation, cancellation, update, or reminder emails to users you've booked with on the SEEKO platform.
We will use this information solely for the purposes for which it was provided.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
We may disclose information only under the following circumstances:
- When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, ensure your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Facebook Login
When you use the Facebook login feature, we collect your username and email from your Facebook account to associate you with a valid user on our platform and create an account for you on SEEKO. We use this information exclusively for your registration and login to our platform.
We do not share or sell your Facebook account information to third parties.
Security
Protecting the personal information of your Google Calendar is important to us. We take commercially reasonable steps and adhere to generally accepted standards to safeguard the information you provide, both during transmission and once received. For instance, the information you provide is transmitted using encryption technologies like Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
Accessing Your Information
To review, correct, or update your calendar event information, you can use the SEEKO calendar view or make updates directly in Google Calendar. Information updated in your SEEKO calendar will also be updated in your Google Calendar when you select "Sync Calendar."
We will retain the synchronized or imported information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services to you.
If you wish to deactivate your account or request that we no longer use your Google Calendar information, please email us at info@seeko.gr with the subject line "Request Change - Data Information."
Deleting your Account
If you wish to delete your account, please send an email to info@seeko.gr with the subject line ‘Account Deletion Request.’ Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion of your account as soon as possible. Please note that certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Updates to This Privacy Statement
We may revise this privacy statement to reflect changes to our business or this app concerning the information collected from you and our use of it. If any changes affect how we use or handle your information, we will notify you via email and/or your company's Google administrator, or post a notice where you first access this app before the changes take effect.
